This is a weblog that posts the synopses of all published opinions issued by the Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals of Maryland and synopses of all opinions that are openly available on the Internet from other courts in Maryland.
The Court having considered the briefs and oral argument submitted by the parties in the above-captioned case, it is this 2nd day of February, 2007,The Per Curium Order is available in PDF format.
ORDERED, the the Court of Appeals of Maryland, that the appeal be, and it is hereby, dismissed as moot. Costs to be evenly divided between the parties.
